Matt Leiva is the CEO of the ML Real Estate Group and a member of Keller Williams Luxury International. Born in Madrid and raised in New England, Matt played collegiate soccer before relocating to Northern Virginia, where he coached youth and high school soccer while building several successful youth sports businesses. His entrepreneurial background and leadership experience laid the foundation for his transition into real estate in 2017. Within two years of entering the industry, Matt had sold 30 homes and built a growing real estate team.

Today, the ML Real Estate Group consists of 16 agents and 22 team members and achieved more than $120 million in sales volume in 2025. Matt has been recognized as a Rising Star by Nova Real Producers and featured among Washingtonian's Top Real Estate Teams.

In addition to leading a high-performing real estate organization, Matt serves as a BOLD Coach with Keller Williams, where he trains and mentors professionals on his areas of expertise: business growth, lead generation, negotiation, accountability, productivity, and leadership. Drawing from his experience as both a successful entrepreneur and top-producing Realtor, Matt delivers practical, results-driven presentations that help audiences build scalable businesses, improve client relationships, and achieve sustainable growth. Matt lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, travel, great food, and spending time with family and friends.
